Red Velvet Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup of butter, unsalted.
02 - 3 cups of plain white sugar.
03 - 2/3 cup of half-and-half cream.
04 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring.
05 - A 7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff.
06 - 2 cups of white chocolate pieces.
07 - 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
08 - 3 spoons of red food dye.

# Instructions:

01 - Lay a piece of parchment paper in a 9x9-inch pan. Ensure some edges hang over the sides for easier lifting later.
02 - Mix the red dye with the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a bowl, then set the bowl aside.
03 - In a big pot, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar and half-and-half, then mix until smooth and combined.
04 - Put the marshmallow fluff and white chocolate pieces into another mixing bowl.
05 - Add the vanilla, white chocolate, and marshmallow mixture to the pot with butter and sugar. Stir everything until it's even.
06 - Take half the white chocolate mix and quickly pour it over the red chocolate chips. Mix it until the red chocolate chips are melted completely.
07 - Drop spoonfuls from both bowls into the prepared pan. Shake the pan gently to smooth it out, then swirl the colors together using a knife.
08 - Leave the fudge to fully firm up. Lift it out using the paper edges, then cut it into small squares.

# Notes:

01 - For the best swirls, work fast.
02 - Make sure it firms up before cutting into pieces.
