# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups regular flour.
02 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa.

08 - 1/2 cup soft butter, unsalted.
09 - 3 tablespoons cooking oil.
10 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
11 - 1/2 cup white sugar.
12 - 1 large egg at room temperature.
13 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
14 - 1 teaspoon plain white vinegar.
15 - 1-2 teaspoons red food coloring gel.
16 - For the topping:.
17 - 3 ounces soft cream cheese.
18 - 6 tablespoons softened butter.
19 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
20 - 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Get oven hot at 350°F and put paper on your trays.
02 - Stir all your dry stuff together.
03 - Beat your butter, oil and both sugars till fluffy.
04 - Drop in egg, add vanilla, mix in vinegar and red color.
05 - Gently stir in your powder mixture.
06 - Drop big spoonfuls on sheets and bake for 12-15 mins.
07 - Wait till they're totally cold before adding topping.
08 - Whip up your frosting and squeeze it onto cookies.
