Christmas Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, split equally.
02 - Red gel food dye.
03 - Green gel food dye.
04 - 3 cups white chocolate chips, set apart in portions.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 pan with foil or parchment, and spray with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Put the chocolate chips into three bowls. Pour 6 tablespoons of the condensed milk into each bowl.
03 - Mix red dye into one bowl, green in another, and leave the last bowl plain white.
04 - Heat each bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir well, and warm for another 15 seconds if it isn't smooth yet.
05 - Spoon the different colors randomly into the pan to create a mix.
06 - Drag a knife through the mixture back and forth, then side to side, to create a wavy marble look.
07 - Chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours until it hardens, then slice it up.

# Notes:

01 - Go for gel dye, not liquid kind.
02 - Avoid over-stirring the colors together.
03 - Keep pieces cold in the fridge.
