In a large bowl or a 500-millilitre jar, add the oats, milk, strawberry Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and strawberries. Add protein powder if desired.

If the mixture appears overly thick, stir in additional water, a small amount at a time, until a creamy consistency is reached.

Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least two hours, or preferably overnight, to allow oats to soften and flavours to develop.

Stir before serving, and optionally garnish with additional diced strawberries.
