Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150 grams old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 360 millilitres milk
03 - 60 to 120 millilitres water, optional, to adjust consistency
04 - 225 grams strawberry Greek yogurt
05 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
06 - 120 grams diced strawberries, fresh or frozen
07 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl or a 500-millilitre jar, add the oats, milk, strawberry Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and strawberries. Add protein powder if desired.
02 - If the mixture appears overly thick, stir in additional water, a small amount at a time, until a creamy consistency is reached.
03 - Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least two hours, or preferably overnight, to allow oats to soften and flavours to develop.
04 - Stir before serving, and optionally garnish with additional diced strawberries.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavour, prepare at least one night in advance to ensure oats fully absorb liquids. Fresh or frozen strawberries may be used depending on seasonality.
