06 - 90ml fresh lemon juice
07 - 90ml water

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add the protein powder, rolled oats, poppy seeds, Truvia sweetener, and lemon zest. Stir thoroughly to distribute the ingredients evenly.
02 - Pour in the fresh lemon juice and water. Mix until a cohesive dough forms, ensuring all dry ingredients are fully moistened and the mixture is uniform.
03 - With clean hands, shape the dough into 28 evenly sized spheres. If necessary, dampen hands lightly with water to prevent sticking.
04 - Transfer the formed balls into an airtight container, spacing them to prevent sticking. Seal and refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled.
