Lemon Balm Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Honey for sweetness if needed.
02 - Purified water, about a quart.
03 - Thin lemon slices to decorate.
04 - Around 20 fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tablespoons if using dried ones).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up 1 quart of clean water until it’s bubbling.
02 - Place your lemon balm leaves inside your tea-making pot.
03 - Stir the leaves after pouring the hot water over them, then leave it to steep for 10 minutes.
04 - Strain or pour the tea into your cup. Add honey if you’d like, and finish it off with a lemon slice and a couple of lemon balm leaves on top.

# Notes:

01 - Dried or fresh lemon balm both work great for this.
02 - The leaves also taste nice in salads and jellies.
03 - Be careful with store-bought herbs, since they aren’t FDA-checked.
