Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup softened salted butter, brought to room temp.
02 - 2 tablespoons natural honey.
03 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure your butter is completely soft for the best whipping results.
02 - Drop the soft butter into a medium bowl so it's ready to mix.
03 - Drizzle all the honey into your bowl, making sure to use every last bit.
04 - Scatter the cinnamon all over the butter and honey mix.
05 - Put your hand mixer blades at the bowl bottom to avoid splashing.
06 - Mix slowly at first until things start coming together without splatters.
07 - Slowly turn up to medium-high as everything starts blending well.
08 - Keep mixing for around ten minutes until it's airy and smooth.
09 - Pause now and then to wipe down the bowl sides with a rubber spatula.
10 - Look for a smooth, fluffy texture with no unblended spots.

01 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 7 days.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
03 - Goes great with hot, fresh rolls.
