Cut off the thick stalks from your spinach leaves.

Dunk and rinse spinach in water twice to remove all dirt.

Spin until completely water-free in your salad spinner.

Put olive oil in a big pan and warm it over medium-high flame.

Cook the thin garlic slices until they're just turning golden.

Toss in all spinach and flip it around to get oil coverage.

Put the lid on and let cook for a minute.

Stir the leaves and cover again for one more minute.
