Wilted Spinach with Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound (2 big bunches) fresh spinach.
02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
03 - 3 garlic cloves, thinly cut.
04 - Salt according to preference.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut off the thick stalks from your spinach leaves.
02 - Dunk and rinse spinach in water twice to remove all dirt.
03 - Spin until completely water-free in your salad spinner.
04 - Put olive oil in a big pan and warm it over medium-high flame.
05 - Cook the thin garlic slices until they're just turning golden.
06 - Toss in all spinach and flip it around to get oil coverage.
07 - Put the lid on and let cook for a minute.
08 - Stir the leaves and cover again for one more minute.
09 - Pour off any extra water and sprinkle with salt.
