Cranberry Orange Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp orange flavoring.
02 - 2 oranges, grated peel.
03 - 1 cup cranberries, dried.
04 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
05 - 24 oz of white chocolate morsels.

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 dish with parchment like a plus sign, then grease it lightly.
02 - Gently heat the milk and chocolate together using a double boiler until melted.
03 - Mix in the zest, most of the dried cranberries, and orange flavoring. Keep some for the top.
04 - Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth it out. Scatter remaining cranberries and peel on top.
05 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or let it rest overnight.
06 - Take it out using the parchment paper and then slice into pieces.

01 - Keep this stored in the fridge.
02 - Heat slowly and carefully.
03 - Use only dried cranberry pieces.
