Line an 8x8 dish with parchment like a plus sign, then grease it lightly.

Gently heat the milk and chocolate together using a double boiler until melted.

Mix in the zest, most of the dried cranberries, and orange flavoring. Keep some for the top.

Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth it out. Scatter remaining cranberries and peel on top.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or let it rest overnight.

Take it out using the parchment paper and then slice into pieces.
