Cracker Butter Dipped Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Buttery Round Crackers.
02 - Smooth Peanut Butter.
03 - White Melting Wafers.
04 - Christmas Color Drops.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop about 1 ½ teaspoons of smooth peanut butter onto a single round cracker. Gently push it toward the edges, leaving a tiny rim around the border.
02 - Press a second cracker on top with the salt-dusted sides facing out to keep that classic flavor intact.
03 - Pop your white melting wafers in the microwave, giving them a good stir every 20 seconds until they're completely runny and dippable.
04 - Lower each peanut butter sandwich into the melted white coating, making sure to cover all edges. Tap against the bowl to shake off any extra coating.
05 - Put your dipped treats on wax paper and let them sit until they harden up.
06 - Grab some of your melted white coating and mix in food coloring. Pour these bright mixtures into zip bags and snip tiny holes at one corner.
07 - Squeeze the colored coatings across your treats, making fun lines or patterns, switching between colors for a pretty criss-cross look.
08 - Give your treats plenty of time to totally harden before lifting them off the paper. Snap off any extra coating bits hanging from the sides.

# Notes:

01 - Try using rubber gloves or a couple of forks when you're dunking the cracker sandwiches to keep your hands clean.
02 - Keep mixing that candy coating while it melts, doesn't matter if you're using a microwave or double boiler setup.
03 - Want them to set faster? Stick the treats in your fridge or freezer for a bit.
04 - Got peanut allergy worries? No problem - swap in some almond butter or sunflower seed spread instead.
05 - Feeling chocolatey? You can always use brown chocolate bark or melted chips instead of the white stuff.
