- Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment for your finished candies.
- Pour white sugar into a small, flat dish for coating.
- Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop to grab chunks of the cold chocolate mix.
- Gently roll each scoop in your hands to make round balls.
- Roll each ball through the sugar until it's totally covered.
- Set your sugar-coated balls on the lined tray.
- Sprinkle more orange peel on top if you'd like.
- Pop them back in the fridge until you're ready to eat them.
