Cottage Cheese Raspberry Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 480 ml cottage cheese

→ Fruit

02 - 125 g fresh raspberries

→ Sweetener

03 - 60 ml honey or maple syrup

→ Flavouring

04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Garnish

05 - Fresh raspberries
06 - Fresh mint leaves

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Evenly spoon the mousse into four serving glasses or bowls, distributing the mixture equally.
03 - Place the glasses in the refrigerator and chill for at least 60 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld and the mousse to firm.
04 - Top each mousse serving with fresh raspberries and mint leaves before serving.

01 - For a smoother mousse texture, choose small curd cottage cheese and ensure all ingredients are well chilled prior to blending.
