Christmas Layered Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz can of condensed milk with sweetener.
02 - 6 oz chips made from white chocolate.
03 - 6 oz chocolate chips (semi-sweet variety).
04 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla flavoring.
05 - 2 tablespoons festive holiday sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover an 8x8 pan with parchment, making sure the paper goes up the sides so you can pull it out easily later. Give it a light spray with non-stick spray and put it aside.
02 - Get two medium bowls ready. Put white chocolate chips in one and semi-sweet chips in the other. Pour half the condensed milk into each bowl.
03 - Pop the semi-sweet chocolate mix in the microwave. Heat it for 30 seconds at a time, giving it a good stir between rounds until it's all melted. Mix in one teaspoon of vanilla. Pour this smooth mix into your waiting pan.
04 - Do the same with your white chocolate mixture, warming it in 30-second bursts and stirring until it's completely smooth. Add the other teaspoon of vanilla, mix in the holiday sprinkles, then carefully spread it on top of the dark chocolate layer.
05 - Scatter some extra holiday sprinkles on top for a pretty look. Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour until it's firm. Then cut it into 36 squares and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure each chocolate batch is totally smooth before you layer them together.
02 - These sweet treats make great presents when packed in pretty boxes for friends and family.
