# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken fillets.
02 - 1 spoonful of butter.

07 - 1 avocado, mashed.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big frying pan, start heating butter along with olive oil at medium-high until foam appears.
02 - Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with paprika, salt, and pepper.
03 - Set the chicken pieces in the heated skillet in a single layer. Work in batches if you need to.
04 - Let the chicken cook untouched for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned.
05 - Flip the fillets over and let them cook for 3-4 more minutes, ensuring they hit 165°F inside.
06 - While the chicken is on the stove, mash your avocado in a bowl, mixing it with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
07 - Stir diced tomato, onion, and some cilantro into your mashed avocado mix.
08 - Once the chicken's done cooking, lower the heat or turn it completely off.
09 - Spread a scoop of guacamole over the top of each cooked fillet.
10 - Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese onto the guacamole layer.
11 - Cover the skillet with a lid and let sit for 2-3 minutes so the cheese melts fully.
12 - Serve it steaming hot while the cheese is gooey and delicious.
