01 -
Put the butter, peanut butter, and vanilla in a glass container. Pop it in the microwave for a minute and a half. Stir it all up until it’s creamy and smooth.
02 -
Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, adding about a cup at a time. After each addition, stir thoroughly to ensure everything blends in.
03 -
Coat an 8-9 inch pan with butter or cover it with parchment paper. Pour the fudge in and spread it out smoothly, pressing gently to get an even layer.
04 -
Pop the pan in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or until firm. Once it’s set, cut it into 1-inch pieces and pop them into an airtight container, keeping them in the fridge.
05 -
If you’re using the stovetop, heat up the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir constantly until everything is melted and combined, then take it off the heat and follow the same steps to mix in the sugar.
