01 - Set your oven to 450°F and get a 9x13 dish. Cover it with a parchment sheet.
02 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken, then lay them in your dish.
03 - Use medium-high heat to melt butter in a skillet, then toss in the minced garlic.
04 - Stir brown sugar, paprika, and your chosen herbs into the skillet for about a minute, then let it cool a bit.
05 - Spread the garlic-sugar coating generously over the chicken pieces.
06 - Stick it in the oven for 20-25 minutes, uncovered, until it turns golden and hits 165°F inside.

# Notes:

01 - Flatten chicken to about 1 inch thick to cook evenly.
02 - You can prepare it ahead of time and freeze it.
03 - Defrost in the fridge if it's frozen.
04 - Getting it ready a night early is totally fine.
05 - Works really well for weekly meal planning.
06 - Keep an eye on it since high heat can brown it too quick.
