White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional extracts to flavor.
02 - Sprinkle-on optional toppings.
03 - 3/4 cup (100-130 grams) add-ins like fruit, nuts, etc.
04 - 16 oz (340 g) white chocolate: chips, wafers, or bar.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a big baking tray with wax or parchment paper.
02 - Microwave white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl on High. Warm it in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until it's smooth and creamy.
03 - Stir in optional extracts and things like dried fruit or toasted nuts—whatever you like.
04 - On the line-prepared tray, pour the chocolate mixture. Smooth it into a thin layer, aiming for around 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Scatter the optional toppings over the chocolate. Press lightly to make them stick. Sprinkle a little sea salt if you're into it.
06 - Put the tray in the refrigerator. Let it chill and harden (20-30 minutes). Once cold, break it into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to switch out white chocolate for dark, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate.
02 - Always toast nuts before adding.
03 - Great options for toppings: zest, colorful sprinkles, chopped fruit, nuts, candy.
04 - Vanilla, peppermint, orange, or rum—lots of extract flavors work!
