Cover a big baking tray with wax or parchment paper.

Microwave white chocolate in a heat-safe bowl on High. Warm it in 30-second bursts, stirring after each, until it's smooth and creamy.

Stir in optional extracts and things like dried fruit or toasted nuts—whatever you like.

On the line-prepared tray, pour the chocolate mixture. Smooth it into a thin layer, aiming for around 1/4 inch thick.

Scatter the optional toppings over the chocolate. Press lightly to make them stick. Sprinkle a little sea salt if you're into it.

Put the tray in the refrigerator. Let it chill and harden (20-30 minutes). Once cold, break it into pieces.
