Effortless Gingerbread Waffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tsp vanilla (for syrup).
02 - 1/2 tsp baking soda (for syrup).
03 - 4 big eggs, separated.
04 - 1/3 cup oil.
05 - 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.
06 - 1/4 cup sugar.
07 - 3/4 tsp salt.
08 - 1/4 tsp clove powder.
09 - 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder.
10 - 1 tsp baking soda.
11 - 1 tsp ginger powder.
12 - 1 tsp baking powder.
13 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain).
14 - 1 cup milk.
15 - 3 tbsp molasses.
16 - 2 cups flour (all-purpose).
17 - 1 cup heavy cream (for syrup).
18 - 1/2 cup butter (for syrup).
19 - 1 cup sugar (for syrup).

# Instructions:

01 - Toss flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and spices into a large bowl. Stir everything well.
02 - In another bowl, mix egg yolks, molasses, oil, yogurt, and milk until smooth.
03 - Beat the egg whites until they're fluffy and hold stiff peaks.
04 - Pour your wet mix into the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites without overmixing.
05 - Grease your waffle maker, then cook the batter following the waffle maker's instructions.
06 - Warm sugar, butter, and cream together until bubbling. Keep cooking for 3-5 minutes, then stir in vanilla and baking soda.
