Velvet Chocolate Edible Dough (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup soft unsalted butter.
02 - 1/4 cup white sugar.
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar.
04 - 1 tablespoon milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
06 - 1/2 tablespoon red food dye.
07 - 2/3 cup plain flour.
08 - 1 tablespoon cocoa.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1/3 cup tiny chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm flour to 165°F by baking at 350°F.
02 - Wait until flour is totally cool.
03 - Beat butter with both sugars till fluffy.
04 - Stir in milk, vanilla and red coloring.
05 - Pour in flour, cocoa and salt.
06 - Gently mix in chocolate chips.
07 - Eat right away or put in fridge.

01 - Always heat the flour first.
02 - Store in the fridge.
03 - You can stick it in the freezer.
04 - Works well on top of sweet treats.
