Baileys Truffles Simple (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream.
02 - 1/4 cup condensed milk.
03 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
04 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
05 - 2 cups pecans (split into portions).
06 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Pulse the pecans in a food processor until they feel like gritty sand.
02 - Stir the graham crumbs with a cup of the crushed pecans.
03 - Melt the chocolate, then toss in the powdered sugar, condensed milk, and Baileys. Blend everything with the crumbs.
04 - Pop it in the fridge covered for an hour.
05 - Form into small balls and roll them in the leftover crushed pecans.

# Notes:

01 - Cool in the fridge again if too sticky to shape.
02 - Store in the fridge for up to a week.
03 - Feel free to use alternative nuts if you like.
