# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup lukewarm water (around 110-115°F).
02 - 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast powder.
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
04 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour.
05 - 1 teaspoon table salt.
06 - 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
07 - 1 cup grated mozzarella.
08 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano flakes.
10 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
11 - Tomato dipping sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour lukewarm water into a bowl, sprinkle yeast and sugar, then wait 5 minutes until it gets bubbly.
02 - Dump flour, salt and oil into your yeasty mix, then stir everything until you've got a nice ball of dough.
03 - Move your dough to a floured countertop and work it with your hands for 5 minutes till it feels smooth.
04 - Put your worked dough in an oiled bowl, throw a towel over it, and let it sit somewhere warm for half an hour.
05 - Get your oven hot at 425°F and put some baking paper on your cookie sheet.
06 - Push down the puffy dough and roll it out into a flat rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
07 - Sprinkle all the mozzarella over your dough and lightly press it in with your rolling pin.
08 - Take a sharp knife or pizza wheel and slice the dough into even strips for your breadsticks.
09 - Lay out your cut dough pieces on the baking sheet, leaving some room between each one.
10 - Stir together the melted butter with oregano and garlic powder in a small cup.
11 - Use a pastry brush to spread the tasty butter mix over each breadstick.
12 - Stick them in the oven for 15 minutes until they turn golden and the cheese starts bubbling.
13 - Give the breadsticks a few minutes to cool before you take them off the baking sheet.
14 - Eat them while they're still warm with some tomato sauce on the side if you want.
15 - Keep any extras in a sealed container and eat within two days.
