Tasty Peach Cobbler Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 peaches, skinned, pitted and cut into slices (roughly 4 cups).
02 - 3/4 cup white sugar.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 6 tablespoons butter.
05 - 1 cup plain flour.
06 - 1 cup white sugar.
07 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - 3/4 cup milk.
10 - Ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix your sliced peaches with 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a pot and mix thoroughly.
02 - Warm over medium heat until sugar melts and peaches release their juice. Take off the heat and put aside.
03 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut butter into pieces and put in a 9x13 inch glass dish. Stick the dish in while the oven warms up so butter melts.
04 - Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl. Add milk and stir just enough to blend everything.
05 - After butter has melted, take the dish out and pour your batter all over the butter, making sure it's spread out evenly.
06 - Drop spoonfuls of peaches with their juice over the batter. Shake plenty of cinnamon on top.
07 - Pop it in for 38-40 minutes until it turns golden brown. It's best served warm, maybe with some ice cream on the side if you want.
