Preheat oven to 200°C with a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat fully.

While the oven preheats, unroll the pizza dough on a clean work surface and shape as needed for your stone or tray.

Remove hot stone or tray from the oven, lightly coat with non-stick spray, and carefully transfer the dough to the centre. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove crust from oven. Evenly distribute quartered strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, and shredded Parmesan over the crust.

Return pizza to oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.

Drizzle finished pizza with balsamic reduction and scatter chiffonade basil on top. Serve immediately.
