Strawberry Balsamic Goat Cheese Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 1 tube (about 250 g) refrigerated thin pizza crust dough

→ Toppings

02 - 1 litre strawberries, quartered
03 - 113 g fresh goat cheese
04 - 100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 10 g fresh basil, chiffonade
06 - Balsamic reduction, as needed

→ Other

07 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C with a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat fully.
02 - While the oven preheats, unroll the pizza dough on a clean work surface and shape as needed for your stone or tray.
03 - Remove hot stone or tray from the oven, lightly coat with non-stick spray, and carefully transfer the dough to the centre. Bake for 10 minutes.
04 - Remove crust from oven. Evenly distribute quartered strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, and shredded Parmesan over the crust.
05 - Return pizza to oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
06 - Drizzle finished pizza with balsamic reduction and scatter chiffonade basil on top. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Preheating the pizza stone ensures a crispier crust. For a softer crust, skip this preheating step.
