In a big bowl, stir together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, and lime juice.

Drop the steak into the bowl and make sure the marinade covers it all.

Let it sit for at least half an hour or as long as 2 hours.

Take the steak out and use paper towels to dry it off.

Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper over the steak.

Grill on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side.

Put under a hot broiler for roughly 5 minutes per side.

Make sure it hits 130°F if you want it medium-rare.
