Snowy Coconut Mint Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
02 - 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
03 - ½ cup mint leaves, freshly picked.
04 - 1 ½ ounces of syrup mixture.
05 - 1 tablespoon of squeezed lime.
06 - 1 ounce of white rum.
07 - 1 ounce of tropical coconut rum.
08 - ¼ cup plain coconut milk from a can.
09 - Ice, smashed into small pieces.
10 - Fizzy club soda.
11 - Sweet coated cranberries for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab two small plates to start. Pour lime juice on the first plate and white sugar on the second one. Dip the edges of each tumbler in juice, then roll them in sugar until they're coated. Put them aside for now.
02 - Throw the mint leaves and syrup mixture into your shaker. Gently mash the mint with a muddler to get all those tasty oils out.
03 - Now add your lime juice, white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk to the shaker. Toss in plenty of smashed ice too. Give it all a good, hard shake until it feels cold in your hands.
04 - Pack your sugar-rimmed glasses with more smashed ice. Pour the chilled mixture through a strainer into each glass.
05 - Pour a bit of bubbly club soda on top of each drink. Add some sugar-coated cranberries as a pretty topper. Drink up right away and enjoy these festive sips!.

# Notes:

01 - Want it booze-free? Just skip the rum and add extra coconut milk and fizzy soda to your liking.
02 - You can make your own sweet cranberry toppers by rolling fresh ones in sugar until coated.
