07 - Crostini, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - In a sauté pan over medium heat, melt butter. Add pork sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until sausage is browned and no longer pink throughout.
03 - Incorporate brown sugar, chopped walnuts, and chopped rosemary into the sausage. Stir and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, ensuring sauce begins to thicken. Stir consistently for even caramelisation.
04 - Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top rind of the brie cheese wheel in a crosshatch pattern. Place the brie into a small oven-safe baking dish.
05 - Evenly spread the sausage mixture over the brie. Transfer baking dish to oven and bake for 16–18 minutes until cheese is bubbling and melted.
06 - Remove from oven and present immediately with crostini or desired accompaniments.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, allow the brie to rest for 2 minutes after baking before serving.
