Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top rind of the brie cheese wheel in a crosshatch pattern. Place the brie into a small oven-safe baking dish.

Evenly spread the sausage mixture over the brie. Transfer baking dish to oven and bake for 16–18 minutes until cheese is bubbling and melted.
