Berry Santa Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 big strawberries.
02 - 1 cup softened cream cheese.
03 - 2 tablespoons sugar dust.
04 - ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - Black and red icing for the faces.

# Instructions:

01 - Clean strawberries then slice into three parts: cut off the top for a flat base, slice halfway through the middle leaving enough for the little hat.
02 - Stir together cream cheese, sugar dust and vanilla in your mixing bowl.
03 - Transfer your cream cheese mixture into the piping bag.
04 - Set the strawberry bottom on your plate, then squeeze cream cheese high enough to make a face.
05 - Put the strawberry tip on as the hat, then add a small dot of white cream on the point.
06 - Use your icing to create small faces on each Santa.
07 - Eat them fresh or pop in the fridge for later.

# Notes:

01 - Store in a sealed container in your fridge for up to two days max.
02 - They taste way better when eaten the same day you make them.
03 - Perfect tiny treats for holiday gatherings.
