Clean strawberries then slice into three parts: cut off the top for a flat base, slice halfway through the middle leaving enough for the little hat.

Stir together cream cheese, sugar dust and vanilla in your mixing bowl.

Transfer your cream cheese mixture into the piping bag.

Set the strawberry bottom on your plate, then squeeze cream cheese high enough to make a face.

Put the strawberry tip on as the hat, then add a small dot of white cream on the point.

Use your icing to create small faces on each Santa.
