Rose Lassi with Rose Syrup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 250 ml Greek yogurt

→ Flavourings

02 - 60 ml rose syrup
03 - 5 ml rose water
04 - 30 ml sugar
05 - 2.5 ml cardamom powder
06 - 5 ml dried rose petals

→ Liquid

07 - 125 ml chilled water

→ Optional Garnishes

08 - Ice cubes
09 - Chopped nuts

# Instructions:

01 - Combine Greek yogurt, rose syrup, rose water, sugar, cardamom powder, dried rose petals, and chilled water in a large mixing jar. Blend thoroughly with a hand blender or whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Pour the prepared mixture into serving glasses. Add ice cubes if desired and finish with a garnish of chopped nuts before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt to achieve a creamy and rich lassi.
