Whip together the softened butter, cream cheese and mint until creamy.

Add confectioners sugar and blend well.

Fold the tiny chocolate chips into the mixture.

Pop in fridge for 3 hours.

Shape into small 1-inch balls.

Stick balls back in fridge for another 3 hours.

Coat each ball in melted dark chocolate.

Allow to harden on parchment sheets.
