Mint Chocolate Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese, left out to warm up.
02 - 6 tablespoons softened butter, not cold from fridge.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon mint flavoring.
04 - 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar.
05 - 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips.
06 - 12 ounces dark chocolate for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Whip together the softened butter, cream cheese and mint until creamy.
02 - Add confectioners sugar and blend well.
03 - Fold the tiny chocolate chips into the mixture.
04 - Pop in fridge for 3 hours.
05 - Shape into small 1-inch balls.
06 - Stick balls back in fridge for another 3 hours.
07 - Coat each ball in melted dark chocolate.
08 - Allow to harden on parchment sheets.

# Notes:

01 - You'll need to chill the mixture twice.
02 - If mixture gets too soft, cool it down again.
03 - You can store these in the freezer.
04 - Better results come from premium chocolate.
