# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Combine eggs and salt in a bowl with a quick whisk.
02 - Warm butter in your nonstick pan (8-inch) using medium-low heat.
03 - Pour in egg mix and wait for the sides to firm up.
04 - Bring edges toward middle and tilt your pan so runny parts flow out.
05 - Once eggs are almost firm, sprinkle your add-ins down the middle.
06 - Let it cook another minute.
07 - Use your spatula to fold one side over the other.
08 - Gently move the omelet onto your plate.
