Prosciutto Cheese Chili Fig Jam (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 1/4 crusty baguette, ciabatta roll, or 2 slices sourdough bread

→ Meat & Cheese

02 - 3 slices Prosciutto di Parma
03 - 60 g burrata cheese, or sliced brie, mozzarella, or Havarti

→ Condiments

04 - 1 tablespoon chili fig jam
05 - 1 tablespoon grainy Country Dijon mustard

→ Greens

06 - 1/3 cup fresh arugula

→ Seasonings

07 - 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, plus more to taste
08 - Flaky sea salt, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the baguette, ciabatta roll, or sourdough bread in half lengthwise.
02 - Spread the grainy Country Dijon mustard evenly on the bottom half of the bread. Arrange arugula over the mustard, then layer with the prosciutto.
03 - Spread chili fig jam onto the cut surface of the top half. Place the burrata or alternative cheese on top of the jam.
04 - Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the cheese and season with flaky sea salt. If using burrata, apply balsamic directly to the cheese; for brie or mozzarella, drizzle over the arugula layer.
05 - Press the sandwich halves together gently. Slice as desired and serve immediately.
