# Ingredients:

01 - 1 whole pineapple, diced (around 4-5 cups).
02 - 1 average-sized beet, diced.
03 - 1 seedless cucumber.
04 - 1½-inch (3 cm) chunk ginger root.

# Instructions:

01 - Feed your diced pineapple, beet, cucumber, and ginger into a juicer. After extraction, mix thoroughly and drink right away to get the tastiest results.
02 - Don't have a juicer? No problem. Throw everything in a blender with just enough cold water to get things moving. Then strain out the pulp using cheesecloth or a nut milk bag (watch out—beets can leave stains).
03 - Want it chillier? Pour over some ice cubes for a super refreshing drink.
04 - Got leftovers? Put them in a sealed container in your fridge and drink within 1-2 days for the best taste.
