Set oven temperature to 190°C and allow to preheat fully.

Arrange pepperoni slices individually into cups of a non-stick muffin tin.

Combine grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture on top of each pepperoni slice and gently press flat.

Transfer muffin tin to the oven and bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.

Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before lifting crisps out carefully.
