Pepperoni Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese

01 - 40 grams grated cheddar cheese
02 - 40 grams grated mozzarella cheese

→ Meat

03 - 12 slices pizza pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 190°C and allow to preheat fully.
02 - Arrange pepperoni slices individually into cups of a non-stick muffin tin.
03 - Combine grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture on top of each pepperoni slice and gently press flat.
04 - Transfer muffin tin to the oven and bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.
05 - Allow to cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes before lifting crisps out carefully.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure complete cooling in the tin to help cheese crisps maintain their shape during removal.
