In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer at medium speed until stiff peaks form.

Gently beat one quarter of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture to lighten it. Fold in half of the remaining whipped cream until partially combined, then fold in the rest until a homogeneous mousse forms.

Transfer the mousse mixture into a piping bag fitted with a decorative tip. Pipe the mousse into serving jars or glasses. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
