# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter.
02 - 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter.
03 - A pinch of salt.
04 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar.
05 - 1/2 cup white sugar, extra for coating.
06 - 1 large egg at room temperature.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
08 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - About 36 chocolate kisses.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and get your baking sheets ready with parchment paper.
02 - Mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, and both sugars until smooth.
03 - Add the vanilla and egg to the mix, stirring well.
04 - Add the flour and baking soda, mixing until just combined.
05 - Roll bits of dough into 1-inch balls and toss them in sugar to coat.
06 - Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching for the tops to puff up slightly.
07 - While still warm, gently press chocolates onto each cookie.

01 - Pick peanut butter that doesn’t need stirring.
02 - Level your measuring cup for flour to avoid packing it down.
03 - Chill the chocolates in your freezer ahead of time.
04 - Make sure the cookies are fully cooled after baking.
