Mushroom Rice Oven Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick unsalted butter or margarine substitute.
02 - 1 cup uncooked regular white rice.
03 - 1 can Campbell's onion soup.
04 - 1 can Campbell's beef soup concentrate.
05 - 1 box fresh mushroom slices or 8-oz tin of sliced mushrooms.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop a stick of butter into a 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
02 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C), then pop the dish in and let the butter turn liquid.
03 - Take the hot dish out when butter's melted. Dump in your rice, onion soup, beef soup concentrate, and mushrooms right on top of the melted butter.
04 - Mix it all up with a utensil so the rice spreads out nicely in the liquid.
05 - Stick it back in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until the top looks nice and brown.

# Notes:

01 - Try using newly picked mushrooms for better taste.
02 - Works great alongside a simple garden salad or hot veggie sides.
