Drop a stick of butter into a 11 x 13-inch baking dish.

Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C), then pop the dish in and let the butter turn liquid.

Take the hot dish out when butter's melted. Dump in your rice, onion soup, beef soup concentrate, and mushrooms right on top of the melted butter.

Mix it all up with a utensil so the rice spreads out nicely in the liquid.

Stick it back in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until the top looks nice and brown.
