02 - 2 canela sticks (Mexican cinnamon).
03 - 4 cups warm water.
04 - 2 cups milk or almond beverage.
05 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla.
06 - 2 teaspoons powdered cinnamon.
07 - 1/3 - 1/2 cups white sugar, adjusted to preference.

# Instructions:

02 - Pulse until you've got a coarse mix where the rice and cinnamon are broken down but not completely smooth.
03 - Pour the other 2 cups of warm water into your blender and give it another whirl until everything's well combined.
04 - Pour this mixture into a container, put the lid on, and let it sit in your fridge overnight or at least 8 hours so the flavors can mingle.
05 - Run the rice mixture through a fine strainer or cloth into a clean container, tossing out what doesn't pass through.
06 - Add your milk, vanilla, powdered cinnamon, and sugar to the strained liquid and mix well, making it as sweet as you want.
07 - Keep your drink cold in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy this tasty beverage.
08 - Stir it up one more time and pour it over some ice cubes for the best drinking experience.

02 - You can make it sweeter or less sweet, and try it with almond beverage if you want to skip the dairy.
