Messy Beef Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef (lean variety).
02 - 1 small onion (yellow), diced.
03 - 1 green pepper, diced.
04 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon oil from olives.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt (kosher).
07 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper (black).
08 - 1 teaspoon powder from chilis.
09 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
10 - 15 ounces sauce made from tomatoes.
11 - 1/3 cup tomato ketchup.
12 - 1/4 cup plain water.
13 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard.
14 - 1 tablespoon sauce from Worcestershire.
15 - 1 teaspoon sugar (brown).
16 - 4-6 buns for hamburgers.
17 - Sliced pickles (if you want).

# Instructions:

01 - Cut all veggies into tiny pieces.
02 - Sear beef on high till browned, set aside.
03 - Sauté veggies till soft and clear.
04 - Stir in spices and cook till you smell them.
05 - Put beef back in, pour all sauce stuff.
06 - Let it bubble for 10-15 mins till it gets thick.
07 - Put meat on warm, crispy buns.
