# Ingredients:

01 - 480 ml leftover mashed potatoes
02 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 60 g all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 100 g breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until homogenous.
03 - Using your hands or a scoop, shape the mixture into balls approximately the size of a golf ball.
04 - Evenly roll each puff in breadcrumbs to ensure a complete coating.
05 - Arrange the puffs on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Allow the cheese puffs to cool slightly before serving. Accompany with your preferred dipping sauce if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, use well-chilled mashed potatoes to help the puffs hold their shape during baking.
