Louisiana Voodoo Cajun Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 500 g frozen or fresh-cut French fries

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

→ Toppings

05 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 60 g cooked bacon, crumbled
07 - 2 green onions, finely chopped

→ Sauces

08 - 80 ml ranch dressing
09 - 2 teaspoons hot sauce
10 - 60 g sour cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook French fries in the oven or deep-fryer according to package instructions, or fry fresh-cut potatoes until golden and crispy.
02 - While fries are hot, transfer to a large bowl and toss evenly with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
03 - Arrange seasoned fries on a baking sheet and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
04 - Place under a broiler or in a preheated oven at 220°C until the cheese is fully melted, about 2–3 minutes.
05 - Remove from the oven and immediately top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
06 - In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing with hot sauce, stirring until well mixed.
07 - Drizzle spicy ranch sauce over hot fries. Add sour cream if desired and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, use double-fried or air-fried potatoes. Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
