Key West Lime Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup lime juice squeezed fresh.
02 - 3 egg yolks, whole.
03 - Whipped cream if you'd like (optional).
04 - 2 1/2 tablespoons lime zest.
05 - 8 tablespoons melted butter.
06 - 1 can condensed milk, sweetened.
07 - 1 tablespoon white granulated sugar.
08 - 1 and 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat at 350° F.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the crumbs, the melted butter, and the sugar until everything's damp.
03 - Take a glass pie pan, press the crumb mix into the base and up the sides evenly. Bake it for 8 minutes until golden.
04 - As the crust bakes, mix the condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks in a bowl.
05 - After the crust comes out, pour the filling in, smooth it out on top, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.
06 - Let it cool entirely on the counter, then cover it up and pop it in the fridge to chill.
07 - Slice up into 8 pieces, then add some whipped cream on top if you'd like.
