Set your oven to heat at 350° F.

In a bowl, stir together the crumbs, the melted butter, and the sugar until everything's damp.

Take a glass pie pan, press the crumb mix into the base and up the sides evenly. Bake it for 8 minutes until golden.

As the crust bakes, mix the condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks in a bowl.

After the crust comes out, pour the filling in, smooth it out on top, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until firm.

Let it cool entirely on the counter, then cover it up and pop it in the fridge to chill.

Slice up into 8 pieces, then add some whipped cream on top if you'd like.
