Key Lime Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A small 5 oz can of low-fat evaporated milk.
02 - One and two-thirds cups of regular sugar.
03 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
04 - 12 big marshmallows, cut into quarters.
05 - Two cups white chocolate pieces.
06 - Grated peel from about five limes (1/4 cup).
07 - Around two tablespoons of juice from key limes, roughly 5-7.

# Instructions:

01 - Put foil in an 8-inch square pan, then coat it with some butter.
02 - Mix together the evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a sturdy pot. Heat it on medium until it starts bubbling.
03 - Turn the heat to medium-low and keep it boiling for 5 to 6 minutes. Don't stop stirring!
04 - Take it off the stove. Mix in marshmallows, chocolate, zest, and juice until smooth and melty.
05 - Pour the mix into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Let it cool down all the way.
06 - Cut the chilled treat into smaller, one-inch chunks.

# Notes:

01 - Normal limes can work fine if key limes aren't available.
02 - An 8-inch pan is a better choice than a 9-inch one.
03 - A double boiler isn't required but super handy.
