Tasty Knorr Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (16 ounce) tub of sour cream.
02 - 1 cup mayo.
03 - 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, chopped.
04 - 3 green onions, cut into thin slices.
05 - 1 (1.4 ounce) pack of Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
06 - 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen spinach, cooked and water squeezed out.
07 - Chunks of bread and raw veggies, for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the sour cream, mayo, water chestnuts, green onions, and Knorr mix in a big bowl. Mix everything well so the flavors blend together.
02 - Mix in your cooked spinach. Use a spoon to break up any lumps and spread it evenly through the mixture.
03 - Put a cover on the bowl and stick it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Leaving it overnight works even better so all the flavors can mingle properly.
04 - Put this tasty dip out with some bread pieces and fresh veggie sticks.

# Notes:

01 - The snap of water chestnuts adds a fun crunch that breaks up the smooth dip texture.
02 - Try using Knorr Leek Soup mix instead for a different flavor profile.
03 - Fresh spinach works too - just use 1 pound, cook it down and squeeze out all the water.
04 - Leftover dip stays good in the fridge for about 4 days if you keep it covered.
