01 - 600 g cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken, cubed
02 - 180 ml marinara sauce, no added sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons almond flour

07 - 75 g parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 150 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
09 - 20 g finely crushed parmesan crisps or pork rinds

→ For Baking

10 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 180°C. Prepare a 23 x 33 cm baking dish by coating it with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
03 - Incorporate Italian seasoning, marinara sauce, almond flour, and cubed chicken into the skillet. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
04 - Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
05 - Sprinkle grated parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and finely crushed parmesan crisps or pork rinds over the top.
06 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is fully melted.
07 - Remove casserole from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
