Preheat the oven to 200°C.

If using frozen garlic bread, bake according to package directions until slightly toasted but not fully cooked, approximately 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Evenly spread the garlic oil mixture over the prepared garlic bread. Crumble ricotta cheese on top, ensuring full coverage. Sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.

Transfer the assembled bread to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheeses are melted and golden.

Remove from oven. Immediately drizzle hot honey over the top, covering all slices. Allow to cool slightly, then slice. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and finish with grated Parmesan before serving.
