Hot Fudge Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter.
04 - 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
05 - 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, split in two parts.
06 - 2/3 cup of heavy cream.
07 - 1/4 cup of cocoa powder.
08 - 1/2 cup of light corn syrup.

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan, stir together the cream, corn syrup, sugar, cocoa, salt, and half the chocolate chips.
02 - Cook it until it starts boiling, then lower the heat and let it simmer for around 5 minutes.
03 - Move the pan off the heat and set aside.
04 - Mix in the rest of the chips along with the butter and vanilla.
05 - You can serve it either warm or let it cool down first.

# Notes:

01 - Stays fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
02 - Heat gently when reusing.
03 - Gets thicker once it cools down.
04 - Tastes way better than the ones you buy.
