In a pan, stir together the cream, corn syrup, sugar, cocoa, salt, and half the chocolate chips.

Cook it until it starts boiling, then lower the heat and let it simmer for around 5 minutes.

Move the pan off the heat and set aside.

Mix in the rest of the chips along with the butter and vanilla.

You can serve it either warm or let it cool down first.
