Herb Cheese Quick Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 240 g all-purpose flour
02 - 13 g granulated sugar
03 - 14 g baking powder
04 - 5 g salt

→ Cheese and Herbs

05 - 115 g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 8 g fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 3 g fresh thyme, chopped
08 - 3 g fresh rosemary, chopped

→ Wet Ingredients

09 - 240 ml whole milk
10 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 large eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a 23 x 13 cm loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly blended.
03 - Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary until uniformly distributed.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together whole milk, melted butter, and eggs until thoroughly combined.
05 - Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with dry mixture. Stir gently until just incorporated, without overmixing.
06 - Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan, smooth the surface, and bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
07 - Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
