Hawaiian Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds of 85% lean ground beef.
02 - A quarter of a yellow onion, chopped small.
03 - 2 ounces of dry onion soup mix.
04 - 2 big spoonfuls of milk.
05 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
07 - 12 small Hawaiian bread rolls.
08 - 8 ounces of sliced cheddar cheese.
09 - 2 spoonfuls of melted butter.
10 - 2 small spoons of sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven up to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Stir together the ground beef, onion bits, soup mix, milk, and seasonings.
03 - Spread the meat mixture evenly into a 9x13 dish.
04 - Pop the beef in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
05 - Line a second dish with the bottom halves of the bread rolls.
06 - Place some cheese slices over the bread bottoms.
07 - Place the cooked beef patty on top and let any extra liquid drip off first.
08 - Add the rest of the cheese, then cover with the top rolls.
09 - Coat the buns with butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds over them.
10 - Bake it again for 20 minutes and you’re done.
