Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Softened butter, 1 cup.
02 - Powdered sugar, half a cup.
03 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract.
04 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
05 - Ground spices: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger.
06 - Molasses, 1 tablespoon.
07 - Flour, 2 and 1/4 cups.
08 - Extra powdered sugar for coating.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and get your baking sheets ready with parchment paper.
02 - Whip the butter till it’s light. Add sugar, vanilla, molasses, salt, then spices. Stir in the flour till a dough forms.
03 - Drop tablespoon-sized bits of dough onto the prepared sheets.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes. Look for the bottoms to turn golden.
05 - While still warm, roll the cookies in powdered sugar. Let them cool, then roll again to coat well.

# Notes:

01 - Keep stirring until the dough comes together.
02 - Coat with powdered sugar while they’re warm.
03 - A second sugar roll makes them look amazing.
