Kitchen Sink Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - Salt, 1/2 teaspoon.
03 - Half a teaspoon each of baking soda and baking powder.
04 - Melted butter, 8 oz, cooled.
05 - 1 1/4 cups of packed light brown sugar.
06 - White sugar, 3/4 cup.
07 - Two large eggs.
08 - Vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons.
09 - Add-ins: colorful candies, pretzels, potato chips, sprinkles, and white chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Let the butter cool off for about 20 minutes after melting it. Combine the dry stuff in one bowl together.
02 - Blend the sugars with the butter. Toss in vanilla and eggs, then slowly mix in the dry ingredients.
03 - Gently fold in pretzels, sprinkles, candies, chips, and whatever you like from the mix-ins.
04 - Form the dough into balls, then chill them in the fridge for an hour or pop in the freezer for 30 minutes.
05 - Bake them at 350°F for 13-15 minutes. While still hot, use a cutter to shape and toss on any extra toppings.

# Notes:

01 - Scooping and leveling the flour is important.
02 - The butter shouldn't still be warm.
03 - Shape the cookies as soon as they're hot.
